6. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights & Regulations

United States (including California & Florida)

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you reside in California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access or delete your personal data and the right to non-discrimination when exercising these rights. If your concern relates to a privacy violation, you may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) or the Florida Attorney General's Office.

European Union / United Kingdom

If you are located in the EU or UK, this policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully or without consent.
