Content Removal Policy

1. Purpose

Hadaly Group LLC ("we," "our," or "Flirtive.ai") is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and responsible platform. This Content Removal Policy explains when and how we remove content—whether created by users or by our AI systems—to protect our community, comply with the law, and respect privacy and intellectual property rights.

2. Scope

This policy covers all types of content hosted, displayed, or transmitted on Flirtive.ai, including but not limited to:

• User-generated text, audio, images, videos, and interactive media
• AI-generated content created using Flirtive.ai tools
• Profile images, bios, or any other user-submitted materials

3. Grounds for Removal

Content may be removed if it violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Illegal Content: Anything that violates U.S. federal or state law, EU/UK regulations (including GDPR), or other applicable jurisdictions.
• Non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Child exploitation or abuse (zero tolerance)
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Copyright, trademark, or right-of-publicity violations.
• Privacy Violations: Doxing, unauthorized sharing of personal data.
• Malware or Security Risks: Viruses, phishing, or any harmful code.
• Spam or Fraudulent Activity

We also reserve the right to remove AI-generated content that could be harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate even if not user-uploaded.

4. User-Initiated Removal Requests

You may request removal of:

• Your own content you no longer wish to display.
• Content that infringes on your copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Content that violates laws or our Terms of Service.

How to Submit a Request:

• Email: support@flirtive.ai
• In-app: Use the "Report Content" feature on the relevant page or message.
• Provide details including URLs, screenshots, and the reason for removal.

5. Response & Timeline

• Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
• Investigation: We will review your request and may contact you for clarification.
• Action: If the content violates this policy, we will remove or restrict access within 5 business days, or sooner if required by law.
• Appeal: If you disagree with a decision, you may request a review by writing to compliance@flirtive.ai within 7 days of our decision.

6. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights

United States & Florida

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We comply with U.S. federal and Florida state laws, including requirements related to obscene or non-consensual content.

California Residents (CCPA)

You have the right to request deletion of personal data and to know how your data is used. You may also request removal of any personal information you posted if you are a minor.

European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)

EU/UK residents have the right to request erasure ("right to be forgotten") of personal data. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid GDPR/UK GDPR request.

Other Jurisdictions

We comply with additional local requirements where applicable and will act within the timelines required by those laws.

7. Preservation for Legal Reasons

We may preserve certain content or account information when required by law, court order, or legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution), even if a removal request has been granted.
